SEVERAL WORDS ABOUT US
I’ve lost 11lb, I haven’t been this light in years. I can finally wear clothes in my wardrobe. My gut after 3-4 years of trying seems to be better. I actually want to eat well. I actually want to train hard. And the other day I emotionally picked up a biscuit from the cupboard, took a bite and suddenly thought, actually I don’t want this and I put it in the bin :)
I’ve lost 3 inches from my waist and 3 inches from my hips. Also lost half an inch from each thigh. I truly believe that the inch lost is from a change in diet as I have always been eating well but had a very low carb diet for a while. My training is as good as ever. I am pleased with my progress this month!
As someone that went low carb for a long time and not seen any changes for a long time even though I still trained 3 to 4 times a week. Suffered injury after injury and took ages to recover. Last week got back on the scales for the first time in a while and again today. Lost 5lbs can’t believe I have almost DOUBLED my protein and added approximately 400 calories more a day!
It is quite impressive what this group can do for you. I was here to lose weight, be healthy and get fit. I am getting there with those 3 items but as a massive bonus I have found confidence a greater self-esteem and massive support. So grateful for all of you guys!

I’ve just weighed myself – lost another 0.5kg so that’s 3kg in under two weeks! Nearly half way there…
Lost some more weight and more cm’s this week so happy. Took some pics after 2 weeks on the program and I am delighted I can see the difference already. If anyone told me that eating twice as much than I was and spending less time in the gym and actually ENJOYING what I was doing would get results I would have thought they were liars! It’s like a magic trick Anna Marsh! This program and this group make it suddenly seem so much easier!
