HOW DOES IT WORK?
As a Lady that Lifts you get your very own nutrition plan that is tailored to you based on your unique body, lifestyle and activity levels. If you are already exercising we will advise you on how to optimise the time you spend in the gym to make it as effective as possible. The minimum commitment would be 3 days a week for 45 minutes.
If you are new to lifting we have a beginner program with instruction videos and tutorials to get you started. Every day you will be able to interact with like minded women via the Facebook group. You will realise that you are not alone in your struggles. The Facebook
group is an amazing place where the magic happens and many experience that all important mindset shift.
Everyone hits a plateau at some point. To give you extra accountability and to continue to adapt your plan as your body changes, you can join in on any of the two group coaching calls available to you each week. Here you can speak with Anna or any of the coaches and discuss your progress and break through those barriers
It is never going to be a straight forward process. There will be ups and there will be downs. When you have the support network to help you, you can pick yourself up and turn things around so much faster compared to working on your own.
Finally, for your extra support you will have access to a membership site which has been created especially to give you all the tools you need to succeed. Video modules on different topics including macro’s, gut health, female hormones and much more! Training programs, mindset workshops and recipes.
