I joined the Ladies That Lift coaching programme on the recommendation of my PT. Although he had given me the tools to help me lose weight and body fat I was struggling to maintain this long term. I was suffering emotionally; with low self esteem and anxiety and this was manifesting itself in my food choices.
I took the leap of faith the join the group – and it is a leap of faith investing in yourself financially but I took the plunge and am so grateful that I did. I decided from the outset that I would fully involve myself in the group – join in the calls, complete weekly reflection forms and become part of the facebook group.
It was clear early on that what I needed to work on the most was my mindset and with the help of Anna and the other coaches I used the content on the membership site and along with the coaching calls, facebook group and other resources that were put my way, I soon began to feel much better about myself and improved my relationship with food.
I had the lightbulb moment where the penny dropped that if I ate healthier and fuelled my body better my performance in the gym would improve – and it did!!
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Ladies That Lift programme – the support, knowledge of Anna and her team and their professionalism is second to none. I hope that many of the wonderful women in the group will remain life long friends.
I joined the group with the goal to lose a stone but in reality I left with much, much more – confidence and happiness!
